Hi, I’m Kristi—and I’m really glad you’re here.
Renewed Heart Coaching offers a calm, supportive space for women who need encouragement, clarity, and someone to truly listen. If life feels heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain, you don’t have to carry it alone. You don’t need to have everything figured out—and you don’t need a certain belief system to be here.
My coaching is grounded in biblical principles combined with compassion, hope, and grace. Faith and prayer can be gently included if you want them, but there is never pressure—sessions are always guided by your comfort and needs.

Many women bring concerns about patterns they want to change, thoughts that feel heavy, or seasons of loss. Coaching offers a supportive, grace‑filled space to talk, reflect, and take next steps.
What to Expect
Coaching sessions are conversational, relaxed, and supportive—not clinical. Most clients experience the greatest benefit by committing to at least four 1:1 sessions, allowing time to build trust and meaningful progress.
Check‑in chats are available for established clients who need a little extra encouragement between sessions.
